1.General Butt Naked, Joshua Blahyi
In the Liberian rebel leader Roosevelt Johnson's army, Joshua Blahyi, known as General Butt Naked, served as a military commander. The first Liberian Civil War, which erupted in the early 1990s, saw him take responsibility for the deaths of almost 20,000 people, and he admitted as much during his trial. A huge number of inebriated young boys and youths were led by General Blahyi into conflicts in which they battled naked or dressed as ladies. They were unstoppable because of his perversion during the battle, a military-style idea. In the end, he became an evangelist for Christ. (hmmmmmmmm)

3.Joseph Kony, the child soldier (Joseph Kony)
The Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) was established by Joseph Kony in Uganda. As many as 60,000 youngsters were feared to have been kidnapped by him in order to use them as child soldiers. An estimated 1,000 people were killed each week as a result of his military efforts, according to reports. This led to charges in Uganda of ethnic cleansing and war crimes being brought against him. Many children were killed throughout the war.
4.Idi Amin, a Ugandan politician, is the fourth.
Another well-known Ugandan tyrant is the Ugandan Genocide Commission.
Because of his penchant for assassinating his political rivals and anybody else who gets in his way, Idi Amin has earned the moniker "Butcher Uganda."
It is estimated that more than 300,000 people perished as a result of Idi Amin's rise to power in Uganda in 1971.
His lavish spending on foreign aid, which had been granted to Uganda throughout the years, squandered millions of dollars that had been earmarked for developing Makerere University, one of Africa's most prestigious institutions.
Similarly, Idi Amin's eating habits are abhorrent.
He adores honeycomb and raw larvae during state banquets.
There is evidence to suggest that Idi Amin relishes eating the human flesh of individuals he has executed (as a cannibal).
5.Bosco Ntanganda, fifth from left (Bosco Ntanganda)
Warlord who helped bring down Rwandan regime in 1994. – As a result of his accomplishments in the Congo, he rose to the position of Chief of Military Operations and received the nickname "Terminator. " As many as 800,000 people have perished as a result of his crimes against humanity. This person is a tyrant who takes advantage of his position.
