Timothy Adegoke's murder case struck out by Abuja Court
Abuja High Court has struck out the murder case of Timothy Adegoke after prosecuting counsel, Ochogwu Ogbe, requested for it.
According to the document I found online signed by the prosecuting council the case has been truly struck out of Abuja Court for further investigation.
Timothy Adegoke lodged in Hilton Hotel and Resorts at Ile Ife before his untimely death and his mutilated body was later found.
Rahman Adedoyin is being held as a suspect in this case as at the time of it discontinuation at Abuja High Court where as three people are still yet to be found after being declared wanted
'The case has been said to continue in Osun State instead of Abuja'
Regarding to the letter written to the Chief Police at Abuja by Mr Femi Falana "SAN" he said the case should be transfered to Osun State while the suspects should tried there instead of Abuja.
The letter which is dated 4th February, 2022, requested that the IGP should ensure that the Attorney General of Osun State receive the case file so that he can study it very well and file relevant charges against the suspects at the state high court.
